CPM Building Contractors was established in 1988 when it was originally known as “Country Project Management”, the business went on to consistently evolve and now operates as “CPM Building Contractors” under the leadership of Managing Director, Grahame Blaby.

Grahame started his career in the building industry as a carpenter with his father Trevor Blaby, before becoming an engineering assistant with the Shire of Mildura. Grahame has a wealth of knowledge and experience in building design, site management, surveying, drainage design and high-quality workmanship underpin CPM Builders’ operations and the company’s ability to consistently deliver top-quality projects.

CPM Building Contractors is continuing the family tradition being the third generation in the building industry. Grahame alongside his wife Janette, their son Deon and daughter Summer, all play an integral role in the future development of CPM Building Contractors.

Behind the Blaby’s is a strong team of approximately 30 professionals who share their commitment to deliver high-quality construction projects. CPM Building Contractors employs its own labour force to ensure it has control over every element of the project, from cost-estimates to carpentry and painting, thereby ensuring tight quality control and premium project outcomes. When labour is outsourced, CPM Building Contractors relies on its strong network of regular sub-contractors, to ensure our commitment to delivering high-quality work is always retained.
